4. Access to IIA's "off market MLS" Property Listing Service: A comprehensive listing service that all members of The Wholesale Broker can post their deals to - once you join (free) the Independent Investors Association

I’ve been investing my own money in real estate since 1997, buying and renting full time in NEPA since 2008, wholesaling since 2009, licensed agent since 2015, and running my own brokerages (one for sales and one for listings/sales) since 2022. 

I also founded the Independent Investors Association, an organization dedicated to bringing ethics, professional standards and an off-market MLS for wholesalers and other independent real estate dealers. 

We believe Real Estate in any form must be run in a way that protects the buyers/sellers - especially the inexperienced “little old ladies” that make up so many of my clients and wholesale customers.
